Sleep Apnea Symptoms

Sleep apnea symptoms can be vague and easy to ignore. Unfortunately, many people suffer with sleep apnea symptoms and sleep disorders for years before being diagnosed. Even more disturbing is the that sleep apnea may worsen diabetes, depression and other health conditions. Living with a chronic illness is difficult enough without the extra burden of a sleep disorder and feeling tired all the time.

Because of this, health care professionals and certainly diabetes educators are screening more often for sleep disorders. Some good news comes from diabetes research that shows treating sleep apnea can improve blood sugars. If you're curious to see the amazing results from this research, click here.
